Amalia does an excellent job of focusing on the body as a whole. Most of the exercises we do not only strengthen muscle, but they also help stability, balance, and focus. Since the beginning of training I’ve noticed a big difference in the way I move everyday. Also, I’ve learned many new things about food and nutrition. Amalia can answer almost every single question I ask her about food and what I should be eating, and if there’s something she doesn’t know, she always looks it up and emails it to me!

I’ve been working with Amalia for about 6 months now, and I feel better than I’ve felt in a long time. Believe it or not, going to the gym is actually fun, and not many things feel as good as a really hard workout. Amalia is encouraging and helpful, and she made a unique workout plan based specifically on my goals at the gym. My routine is effective and fun, and it’s amazing to see how much more weight I can lift now compared to when I started.

I’m so lucky to have found a person who could contribute so much to my life. Amalia has helped me develop a healthy lifestyle, and I appreciate everything she’s done for me.
