Powerlifting Class is appropriate for both beginners and competitive, experienced powerlifters. We prioritize teaching proper form and technique and smart programming so that you can reach your strength goals quickly and safely. Our Powerlifting Team competes in several meets each year.
HOW WE’RE DIFFERENT:
Powerlifting class is taught by experienced coaches only. If you decide to compete, you’ll have the support you need to perform exceptionally well on the competition platform!
Both competitive and recreational lifters follow the same smart, structured training program. Our powerlifting team competes in several meets every year, but even if YOU don’t compete in a meet, you’ll have several opportunities to set new Personal Records each year.
We spend a lot of time and energy teaching proper technique; we know if you’re injured, you can’t train. And if you can’t train, you won’t make progress! It’s that simple. We do everything we can to keep you healthy – which means we give you A LOT of technical feedback and support during every class.
