Strategy Session: Weight Loss 2018

You’ve committed to Lean and Mean in 2018 (yay, you!) and we want to make sure you have all the tools you need to be super-successful, so we’re offering a STRATEGY SESSION

Saturday 1/6 at 1pm.

Things you can expect to learn:

  • How to set the appropriate calorie/macronutrient goals for the competition
  • How to safely increase the amount of STEADY STATE cardio you do during the next 6 weeks
  • How to maximize My Fitness Pal to increase your odds of success

We’ll also focus on:

  • Several extremely effective weight loss tips
  • How to increase your protein intake
