Meredith

Despite struggling with back pain in the past, Meredith was determined to become stronger and be able to lift weights.

In August of 2016, she started a strength training program. Meredith's patience and perseverance has really paid off! Her current feats of strength include:

Deadlift 45kg/5x3

Bench Press 32.5/4x3

Squat: 40kg/6x3
