Five years ago, Lisa started training with us and lost 24 pounds! She maintained her weight loss for nearly 5 years! (YAY!) She gained a few pounds during course of a very stressful year. On July 28th, she decided that she'd had enough - she was determined to get her svelte-self back!
She started keeping a food journal again and ramped up her cardio; today she is 13 pounds lighter!
