Jack

Jack has been training with us for more than 2 years, and during that time he's gotten very strong and very lean! 

At 80+ years of age, he can:

Deadlift 60kg/132# for 5 solid reps!

And he's lost 30 pounds!

In addition to strength training twice a week, Jack keeps his heart healthy by heading down to the lake to row several times a week.
