In March of 2017 Elyse joined GrassIron. After a couple of months of general strength training, she decided to join the powerlifting class and focus all her energy on the Big Three: Squats, Bench Press, and Deadlifts.
In February of 2018, she started tracking her nutrition, counting calories, and doing more hypertrophy training. The changes in body composition are pretty amazing!
