Judy recently celebrated her 69th birthday. She also recently pressed 300 pounds on the leg press for 10 solid repetitions! That's more than twice her body weight!! Not only that, she routinely jumps rope for 60 seconds – without missing!
Judy, we'd put you up against anyone, even folks half your age! You are a great role model, and we're really proud of your accomplishments!
