At some point we all must face life challenges. How we respond to those challenges determines who we are. Natasha Scott has proven that no matter how tough times may get, the potential for growth never ceases.
In the course of the last few months, Natasha has had to deal with rheumatic arthritis issues, the passing of a pet, and the start of an extraordinarily stressful and physically demanding job. Despite these challenges, Natasha has never lost sight of her goals. She manages to get to the gym after being at work for 10-11 hours; she even gets cardiovascular sessions in at 6AM!
We're proud to report, as a result of her focus and determination, she's losing weight on a weekly basis, experiencing improved energy levels, and has even added 20 pounds to her bench press!
Over the last month, numerous gym members have commented on how inspirational Natasha has been to them, and we couldn't agree more! Keep up the hard work, Natasha!
