Over the past several months Sara has lifted heavy weights, logged many miles on the elliptical machine, and modified her diet. So far, she's managed to lose 29 pounds! Although she hasn't yet reached her goal weight, she is lighter than she's been in 5 years, and we're extremely proud of her hard work.Sara, you're awesome!!! Keep up the great work!!!
