Tom has trained with the grass iron team for the past couple of years and has seen a profound improvement in both strength and flexibility. However, until recently he lacked self-motivation. During the past few months, Tom has really made an effort to improve his current level of fitness. He now arrives at his appointment 15-20 minutes early for a proper warmup and has actually made an attempt to improve to his diet. He even comes to gym to do cardio on his "off days!"Tom has maintained a very positive attitude while trying to learn the highly technical and often frustrating olympic lifts!
