I had never done any weight training prior to working with GrassIron and was honestly a little afraid of it. But Emory and the rest of the GrassIron gang made it really accessible to me, not only because they are pros and committed to their profession, but also because they are all friendly, helpful, and they made it less intimidating. I like being stronger and fitter and can’t imagine stopping now!
