I’m so excited because I have dropped down two dress sizes (4 numbers!) since my older son’s wedding last summer.
In less than a year, I’ve increased my Snatch 15kg (33lbs), my Clean and Jerk 10kg (22lbs), and my front squat 15kg!
My goal was and is to increase strength, balance, and agility in order to be a better competitive ballroom dancer.
I have worked out with a trainer for years and did not achieve the results I have with John (which include a 25-pound weight loss).
This past year has been one of the best years of my life. I have more energy. I feel better and my self esteem has soared (and I’ve lost 36 pounds)!
