I lost 40 pounds and can finally shop in normal sizes again!
My goal was and is to increase strength, balance, and agility in order to be a better competitive ballroom dancer.
I can also honestly say that I have worked out with a trainer for years and did not achieve the results I have with John.
This past year has been one of the best years of my life. I have more energy. I feel better and my self esteem has soared!
I’ve worked with both Pattie and Amalia and have accomplished things that I never thought I would.
In January 2005, I weighed 189 pounds—more than I ever had in my whole life. I wanted to lose the 40 pounds I’d gained in graduate school, but I truly hated gyms.
When I consider the health benefits, choosing to work out with Pattie is one of the best decisions I have ever made.
Working out has helped me lose weight, build strength, and improve awareness of the muscles I need to engage to make my swimming stroke more efficient.
I decided to start working with Pattie about two years ago when I wanted to lose some weight and tone my muscles for my upcoming wedding.
I feel like I did twenty years ago! I have also learned how to safely lift objects, which is a real plus when you do farm work.
I started working out with Amalia about 3 months ago, after hearing from a few friends and acquaintances that she and Pattie could change your life (who wouldn’t be curious about that?).
Amalia was able to affect a weight and size change in me in just 13 weeks that it took a full 13 MONTHS to achieve with another trainer 5 years ago!
I am standing tall, weighing in at 166 pounds (that’s 65 less than when I started), feeling levels of energy and strength that I’ve never felt in my life and getting excited to broaden my scope of athletic activities.
I needed to get into half way decent shape from 20 + years at a computer desk job and Pattie was the answer and motivation to put me on the correct path.
Most of the exercises we do not only strengthen muscle, but they also help stability, balance, and focus.
Her training has given me better physical energy and a more positive attitude in all the areas of my life.
She has patiently taught me the proper way to do each lift, so that I am confident each time we increase weight or reps.
