programs are very "goal-driven." They are created to provide clients with a
highly structured format to maximize training results. They include strength
training as well as cardiovascular and nutritional guidance.
All boot camp
participants are expected to:

complete “before and after” photos/measurements
2. sign a contract with self
3. write down daily goals/long term goals
4. keep an accurate food and exercise
journal
5. make great progress
