WHAT WE OFFER:
The focus of powerlifting class is The Big Three: Squats, Bench Press, and Deadlifts.
HOW IT WORKS:
Powerlifting Class is taught by experienced powerlifting coaches; each coach is certified through the NSCA. We spend a great deal of time and energy coaching the technical aspects of the lifts.
Powerlifting Class has a single focus: to increase the amount of weight you can bench press, back squat, and deadlift. This class involves a minimal amount of conditioning work.
POWERLIFTING CLASS RATES
- 1 Class/Week: $99/m X 3 months
- 2 Classes/Week: $199/mo X 3 months
- 3 Classes/Week: $289/mo X 3 months
Single Class: $30 each
