FAQ:

Who do I contact/how do I sign up? Pattie is the main contact for boot camp (512.619.4071 or ), but any one of our trainers would be happy to answer questions.

Isn't it too hot to train outside? Boot camp will be held in a FULLY SHADED part of Shipe Park (on the corner of Ave G and 45th St). All ability levels are welcome. Our certified personal trainers will make individual modifications to meet your fitness/ability level.

What types of activities will we do? We will focus on compound movements using bodyweight exercises (pushups, squats, etc), medicine balls throws (seated and standing), and kettlebells (swings, presses, rows, etc).

What if I can't keep up or can't do the exercise? We will have you do a modification or a completely different exercise. We are committed to individualziing this class as needed.

What do I need to bring? Each participant is responsible for bringing his/her own towel and water. The park does have a drinking fountain; however, we encourage folks to bring their own bottle with water or gatorade. We will provide the medicine balls, kettllebells, and all other training equipment.

What should I wear? Sneakers (cross trainers, running shoes, etc), t-shirt, and shorts/pants. We will work in the grass and will do both standing and SEATED exercises, so dress accordingly.

What is the cost? The cost for boot camp is $120 (8 sessions @ $15 each).

How do I pay? You have the option of paying with cash, check or paypal.

When do I pay? Payment is expected on the first day of boot camp.

What happens if I miss a class? There are no refunds or make-up classes for missed sessions.

What happens if it rains? In the event of inclemental weather, we will make every effort to phone/text/email folks to cancel. We will schedule a makeup class later in the week/month. There will be no refunds.

Can I join a class anytime? No. In order to make sure that the boot camp runs smoothly and includes progression, we are not allowing folks to join after the class begins.
